I am also trying to verify my bank account from PayPal and I am from India. I just quoted the step 3 above because I did not do it while verifying my account. I do not understand what is meant by “coffer” or “alpha action” or “affirm coffer annual”. It is more than 7 days from when I tried to confirm my bank account but PayPal have not made any deposit yet. Can you help me out on what to do?
